Jo Ann was born on August 10, 1937, daughter of the late Roy and Mildred Witten. She was also
preceded in death by her husband, Robert C. Price, her son, William David Price, and her
lifelong best friend, Kay Sears.
Jo Ann was a graduate of the Medical College of Virginia. She was a retired Clinical Science
Laboratory Manager.
Jo Ann is survived by her daughters, Susan Price (Dawn Wells) of Chesterfield and Laura
Arnold (“Debo”) of Hillsville; granddaughters, Jordan Wells (Matthew) and Sarah Shrewsberry;
grandsons, Lucas Arnold (Madison) and David Shrewsberry.
She also leaves behind two very special friends, Michelle Markley and Cheryl Sink.
At Jo Ann’s request, there will be no service. Arrangements by Advantage Funeral & Cremation
Services of Greensboro.
