Jennifer Lyn Ross, 40 years of age and a graphic designer passed on Wednesday June 6, 2018 in Greensboro, NC. She succumbed to her depression and worsening illness. She was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis at the age of 25. She is now at peace, no longer in pain. She has so many friends and family, she is not alone.
Born in Lowville, NY to Constance Blank Ross and the late Richard Alan Ross of Greensboro, NC. She was a graduate of Grimsley High School in Greensboro, NC and received her Graphic Design degree from Bauder College of Design in Atlanta, GA. While attending college, Jennifer worked as a manager for Barnes and Noble in Alexandria, VA and Atlanta, GA. She was a graphic designer for Game and Fish Magazine in Atlanta, GA. from 2006 til 2009 and continued as a freelance graphic designer out of her home. She was an avid reader from childhood, talented artist, genius at scrabble, words with friends and many games, and a cat lover- especially to her beloved Berry.
She is survived by her brother Eric Ross and his wife Caroline and nephew Nico of Charlottesville, VA; brother David Sgroi and his wife Tammy and nephews Samuel and the late Nicholas of Thomasville, NC; sister Denise Sgroi Davis and nephews JD, Ryan and Austin and niece Kate of Columbia, SC; sister Robin Ross Rafii and her husband Mike and nieces Taylor and Julia of Encinitas, CA; sister Dian Hall Eckstrom and her husband Mike and nieces Emily and Madison of New York City, NY; uncle Gary Blank and his wife Mary and cousins Lydia, Gwendolyn, Chrissy and Steven of Durham, NC; aunt Cher Ross Tuskey and her husband Mark and cousins Tina Tuskey Lockwood and Shawn Tuskey of Raleigh, NC; uncle the late Anthony Joseph Ross and his wife Francine and cousins Sarah Ross Capella and the late Brian Keough of Syracuse, NY; aunt Linda Ross Stanley and her husband Chris and cousins Drew and Blake of Fallbrook, CA; uncle Vincent Ross and cousins Jeremy, Rachel, Justin, Renee, and Vincent Jr. of Lowville NY; as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
