James Honaker of Greensboro, NC, passed away on January 23, 2019. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 2, 2019, at Grace Gospel Tabernacle, 1937 Merritt Drive, Greensboro 27407.
Mr. Honaker served with the Marine Corp in Vietnam and later was the owner/operator of H&H Fabrications in Greensboro.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James A. Honaker, Sr. and Nannie Bell Honaker.
Mr. Honaker is survived by his son, James A. Honaker III and wife Amber of Southport; step-daughter Angela Honaker of Leland; two grandchildren, Cannon and Everlee; brother Sam Honaker; and sisters Bonnie Davis, Maisie Sluss, and Fredia Bennett.
The family is being assisted by Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services, 1900 Vanstory Street, Greensboro NC.
