Funeral will be 7 pm Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at the Hanes Lineberry N. Elm Street Chapel. Interment will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday at the Forest Lawn Cemetery in Charlotte, NC.
A native of Alamance County, he was preceded in death by his wife Agnes C. Moon.
Surviving is his daughter, Evie Adelle Moon of Greensboro, sister-in-laws Annie Chrisco of Greensboro and Esther Campbell of Ft. Worth, Texas. Also surviving are 14 nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank the staff of Greensboro Retirement Center and Hospice and Palliative Care of Greensboro for their compassion and care.
The family will receive friends 6-7 pm Wednesday 1 hour prior to the service.
