Harriet Slepp

The family will have a private graveside service at 10:00 am, Wednesday, May 29, 2013, at the Greensboro Hebrew Cemetery, located across the street from Hanes-Lineberry Funeral Home, 1900 Vanstory St., Greensboro, NC 27403

Harriet was a native of Brooklyn, New York and moved from Nanuet, NY to Rockland County to Greensboro in 2010. She retired from Pearson Education as an Executive Administrator. Harriet enjoyed working on the Social Planning Committee for the Greensboro Newcomer’s Club and going to movies and the symphony. She loved her family and friends and will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her daughter, Beth Slepp-Paz of El Segundo, CA; son, Joseph Slepp and his wife Karen V. Slepp of Greensboro; brother, Lawrence Cohen of Syosset, NY; and grandchildren, Cori Slepp, Tanner Slepp, Jonathan Paz, and Nicholas Paz.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care of Greensboro, 2502 Summit Ave., Greensboro, NC 27405 or to Athena’s Run for GYC Cancer, 1010 Bethesda Court, Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
