Gary Alan Mullinax, 54, passed away unexpectedly on September 11, 2022. Gary was born on September 4, 1968 to Doris V. Mullinax and Joseph F. Mullinax, Jr. in Greensboro.
Gary was employed for many years by American Express. He was a huge fan of amusement parks, particularly roller coasters. He traveled the U.S. to ride virtually every major coaster in the country. Gary was a huge fan of Rodney Dangerfield and a high point of his life was meeting him in person in Las Vegas.
Gary was also a fan of Stevie Nicks and traveled to see her in concert in numerous cities.
Gary was preceded in death by his father. Survivors, in addition to his mother include his son, Connor Mullinax of Phoenix, AZ; brother, Joseph F. Mullinax, III and wife Laura; nephews Travis Mullinax and Blake Mullinax.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday September 29th at Guilford Memorial Park.
