Gaeton "Guy" Joseph Arcure

Born on September 24, 1933 in Washington County, PA, he was the son of the late Samuel Burton Arcure and Margaret Zemaitis Arcure. Guy retired from AT&T, and was a member of St. Pius X Catholic Church for more than two decades.

Guy served in the U.S. Army and was stationed in White Sands, New Mexico. After being honorably discharged in 1956, he returned to St. Vincent College in Latrobe, PA. He graduated as the class Valedictorian in 1958 with a degree in Business Administration.

Guy is survived by his wife, Clara Arcure; brother David Arcure and wife Mary; children, Guy Arcure and wife Susan, Scott Arcure and wife Ann Marie, Annette Arcure Carter and husband Frank, Tom Arcure and Rebecca Arcure Barnett and husband Joseph, and eight grandchildren.

A Memorial Mass will be held at 11 am on Friday, October 13, 2023 at St. Pius X Catholic Church in Greensboro, NC, followed by a private (family only) inurnment.
