Frank Joseph Seiler, Jr., 74, a resident of Stokesdale and former resident of Greensboro passed away at his home on Wednesday July 7, 2021 after a period of declining health. He was born December 13, 1946 in Greensboro the son of the late Frank Joseph Seiler, Sr. and Ella Mae Baynes Seiler.
Frank graduated from Page High School and worked at the Diesel Equipment Company before retiring. He was a member of Shane’s Sporting Clays in Summerfield. He was an avid outdoorsman.
Surviving are his wife of the home, Dorothy Inman Seiler who Frank married on September 28, 1968; daughters, Melissa Ann Seiler and husband Brian Olds of Greensboro, Pamela Seiler Ratliff and husband Chip of Burlington; his son, “R.J.” Seiler and wife Amber of Stokesdale; grandchildren, Jack Jensen, Valerie Shelton, Erin Shelton, Matthew Byrd, Samantha Byrd, Audrey Seiler, Lindsey Seiler, Kaitlyn Seiler and great grandchildren, Nathan Jensen and Carleigh Freeman.
A Celebration of Life Service for Frank will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Monday July 12th, at the Hanes-Lineberry Funeral Home Sedgefield Chapel conducted by Hospice Chaplain, Linwood Carver. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 6:00 p.m. until service time.
The family would like to thank Hospice of Rockingham County, Dr. Gary Sherrill and staff for the love and care shown and given to Frank.
