Frank Junior Bible Sr.

Frank Junior Bible, Sr. 85, a resident of Franklinville passed away on Saturday January 30, 2021 at his residence. Frank was born November 22, 1935 in Cumberland, MD, the son of Frank and Evelyn Collawn Bible.

He was employed before retiring as a diesel mechanic with Branch Motor Lines. He was a member of Living Waters Baptist Church. Frank was a veteran serving in the U.S. Army.

He was married to Betty Lou Burns Bible who preceded him in death on July 27, 1989. He was also preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Shirley Wiley and two brothers, Harold Bible and Pete Bible.

Frank is survived by two daughters, Elaine Bailey and husband Matt of Franklinville, Helen Bailey of Franklinville; one son, Frank W. Bible of Franklinville; three sisters, Delores B. Holiday of W.VA, Sharon McCormick of W.VA, Karen Bennett and husband Lee of MD; two brothers, Carl Bible and wife Judy of FL, Kenny Perry of Charlotte; nine grandchildren, Jim Randall, Charlie Randall, Michael Randall, Alex Alger, Roy Bible, Chris Millen, Amanda Bailey, Matthew Bailey, Moriah Shore and 9 great grandchildren, Emmlyn Randall, Ava Randall, River Randall, Alyssa Randall, Cheyenne Randall, Alice Alger, Rebecca Smith, Steven Smith, Chandler Norfleet.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Hanes-Lineberry Funeral Home Sedgefield Chapel in Greensboro conducted by Pastor Tony Thomas. Interment will follow in Guilford Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 12:00 p.m. until service time.
