Edna is preceded in death by her husband Jay Hicks and brothers, Howard Harris and Clifton Harris.
She is survived by daughter, Bridget Stevenson (Robert); son, Brad Hicks (Kelly); grandsons, Patrick Stevenson (Jenny); Andrew Stevenson (Sarah); Chad Hicks and Brent Hicks; great grandchildren, Graham Stevenson, Avery Stevenson and Abbott Stevenson; step great-granddaughter, Ally Stevens; sister, Linda Hagins and brother, Eugene Harris.
To honor Edna’s wishes, there will be no formal service.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in Edna’s memory to the Hospice of the Piedmont 1801 Westchester Dr. High Point, NC 27262.
