Dean Hughston Sheppard, age 66, passed away on August 6, 2023 at Murdock Developmental Center in Butner,NC.

Dean was a resident there for 60 years.

A graveside service will be held Wednesday, August 9, 2023, 11:00 a.m., at Rehobeth Church Cemetery in Greensboro by Reverend Ben Shepherd.

Dean was preceded in death by his parents, Vernell and Malvena Sheppard.

He is survived by his brother, Tracy Sheppard, sister, Cathy (Michael) Gallardy and cousin, Sue (Ken) Washington.
