Bradley Shawn Hennis

Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM on Saturday, October 5, 2024 at Hanes-Lineberry Sedgefield Chapel, 6000 West Gate City Blvd., Greensboro, NC 27407. Burial will immediately follow the service at Guil-Rand Memorial Park Cemetery, 1550 NC 62, High Point, NC 27263. The family will receive friends and loved ones on Friday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at the funeral home, the night before the funeral.

Brad was born in Guilford County to Keith Haley Hennis and the late Linda Hennis and was of the Christian faith. He loved the great outdoors and enjoyed hunting and fishing. Brad also enjoyed four-wheeling and spending time at the Outer Banks. He was a Jack-of-all-trades and could fix anything. Brad was an amazing Mechanic and even built his own tractor. He had a great sense of humor and never met a stranger. The Bible says to love thy neighbor and Brad lived by that teaching. He looked after all of his family, friends, neighbors and even strangers. Brad was a loving and devoted husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and friend who was loved my so many and will be missed by all who knew him. He loved his children more than life and we are saddened that his time with them was cut so drastically short. Our loss if definitely Heaven’s gain. In addition to his mother, Brad was also preceded in death by his brother, Kevin Haley Hennis.

Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife, Mary Hennis; his son, Kevin Shawn Hennis; his daughter, Autumn Anne Hennis; his father, Keith Haley Hennis and his wife, Ruth; sister, Melinda Mary Hennis; nephew, Liam Meeks; other extended family; including uncles, aunts, cousins and countless friends.
