A memorial service will be held on Saturday at 2:00pm, November 19th, 2022 at Hanes-Lineberry N. Elm Chapel.
Annette was born November 2nd, 1961 in Mannheim, Germany. The daughter of
Grover A. Day and Herta Geil.
Annette will be remembered as a caring person who loved spending time with her family especially her grandchildren. She was well loved and was the neighborhood mother to all. She could always be seen smiling, happy and had the ability to lift everyone’s spirits up. Annette was a member of the American Legion in Winston Salem and enjoyed traveling, concerts, bowling and most of all the beach. She will be greatly missed.
In addition to her parents, Annette was preceded in death by her sister Gertrude Bradford and her brother, Andreas Berger.
Those left to cherish her memory include her former husband, Martin “Eddie” Honaker and family; sons, Randy Honaker Sr. (wife Amberley) and Matthew Honaker, all of Greensboro, Martin Honaker (Savannah) of Stokesdale and Manuel Honaker ( fiancée Sadie Presnell) of Greensboro; sister’s, Cornelia Greene of Maine, Georgia Hentschel and Sabine Fleming, brother, Frank Boehm, all of Germany; boyfriend, Mike Conners of Kernersville; grandchildren, Nicole, Jonathan, Elijah, Isabella, Avery Grace, Randy Jr. and Christian; great grandchildren, Kiah, and Eliza.
