He was a retired stock clerk at United Intermountain Telephone Company and also worked part-time as a courier for Andrew Johnson Bank.
Mr. Harrison was of the Baptist faith.
In his spare time, he liked to paint and do woodworking; he also liked to tinker with cars.
Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law: Billie and Edward Deyton of Afton and Debbie and Charles Bales of Greeneville; grandson and wife: Charles Spencer and Amy Potter of Greeneville; granddaughter: Brande Tweed of Greeneville; great grandchildren: Spencer Potter, Samantha Potter, Brylee Tweed, and Braxton Tweed, all of Greeneville; several nieces and nephews; and his special buddy, Chase.
He was preceded in death by his wife: Barbara Harrison; daughter: Janalyn Harrison Dubois; father: Maynard Harrison; mother: Mildred Morrison; and brothers: B.D. Harrison, Tommy Harrison, and Haskel Harrison.
The family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Brad Higgins officiating.
Interment will follow in Graceland Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Edward Deyton, Charles Bales, Charles Potter, Shane Bales, and Jefferson Deyton.
