Mr. Cobble spent the former part of his life in the Midway Community, later he met and married Evelyn Bradley. They enjoyed living in Mount Carmel and attended the Mount Carmel United Methodist Church there for many years.
Survivors include a step son and his wife: Ronnie and Lois Bradley of Greeneville; sister-in-law: Sylvia Sams of Johnson City; two special nieces and their husbands: Pete and Betty Bradley Beach of Mount Carmel and Bill and Janie McCamey Larkin of Midway; and several other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was the son of the late William H. and Charlsie Cobble and was preceded in death by his wife: Evelyn Bradley Cobble; a brother: Bud Cobble; three sisters and two brothers-in-law: Ozell Cobble, Zeal and Ruby Cobble Lowe, and Jake and Blanche Cobble McCamey.
The family will receive friends from 2pm-4pm and 6pm-8pm Saturday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
Following visitation, the funeral service will be held at 8pm in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Doug Jennings officiating.
Interment will be Sunday, November 30, at 2:30pm in St. Joseph Chapel Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery in Midway. Family and friends are asked to meet at 1:30pm at the funeral home to go in procession to the cemetery.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
The family expresses a special thanks to the nurses and staff of Laughlin Healthcare Center for the loving kindness and care given to Pat and his family. Also special thanks are extended to the Mount Carmel United Methodist Church and community for their care while he was at home there. Memorials may be made to the Mount Carmel United Methodist Church in Mount Carmel.
