She was of the Christian faith. She was employed in the manufacturing area for 49 years at Magnavox in Greeneville and RCA and Sharp Manufacturing Company in Memphis.
Wanda was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Ferguson; her parents, Henry and Jewell Collins Rupert; a great grandson, James Ross G’Fellers, Jr. and step daughter, Doris Ferguson Volz.
She is survived by her loving family; her daughter, Barbara Monk; sons and daughters-in-law, James and Patsy G’Fellers and Larry and Gail Landers all of East Tennessee. Also surviving are grandchildren, Billy and Noelle Crum, Chris ad Nickie Landers and Josh and Tarran Landers all of Greene County, Johnny and Sheryl Crum of Port Charlotte, Florida, Bobby and Michelle G’Fellers of Collierville, Tennessee and Tommy and Jodi G’Fellers of Cookeville. There are several great grandchildren and numerous great great grandchildren. In addition are survivors sister and brother-in-law, Trixie and Robert Venerable; brother and sister-in-law Buster and June Rupert as well as many cousins of both Collins and Rupert families.
The family will receive friends on Monday, January 9, 2023 from 10 am until 12 noon at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 12 noon in the chapel of the funeral home with Rev. Tommy Collins officiating.
Interment will then be in GreeneLawn Memory Gardens.
Pallbearers are grandsons and friends.
Honorary pallbearers are Dr. Amy Proffitt, Nurse Katie and nurses and staff of Amedisys Hospice.
