She was a registered nurse with Mountain States Health Alliance.
She was a Harley riding nurse who touched many lives. Teri began her life's work as a LPN at Greene Valley Developmental Center, where she met the love of her life, Marty. Always the overachiever, she continued her education, earning her RN BSN degree at East Tennessee State University. Although she worked many different aspects of nursing, home health was her passion. She treated each patient as if they were her own family. Taking particular interest in patients who had no family. She enjoyed spending time with her family, friends and dogs but she loved riding her Harley. Teri was a strong-willed fighter that was full of compassion. She will be missed by many.
Survivors include her husband: Marty Parker; a son: Dustin John Mercer; mother: Betty Campbell of Elizabethton; brother: Glen Campbell; sister: Niki Ensor, also of Elizabethton; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Melvin Glen Campbell, Jr., and an aunt, Mary E. Smith.

Interment will follow in Zion Cemetery.
