Minnie Pearl Nanney

Minnie was born 12/27/1942 to the late Maynard and Mildred Harrison. She was a devoted mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Edward Nanney, a daughter, Brenda Haney and several brothers and sisters.

She is survived by her daughter Gail Wilder and husband Kenny; daughter, Sondra Chandley; sisters, Sandra Riddle and Kathy Hensley; granddaughter, Rachell Ripley and husband Thomas; granddaughter Katrina Wilder, granddaughter, April Brown; grandson, Edward Chandley; grandson, Steven Chandley; and four great grandchildren, Jasmine Harmon, Alexus Chandley, Oakley Chandley and Jerry Ripley.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, May 28, 2022 from 1 – 3 pm at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow at 3 pm in the chapel of the funeral home with Mary Jane Farmer, CLP officiating.

Interment will then be held in GreeneLawn Memory Gardens.

Pallbearers are Terry Chandley, Edward Chandley, Steven Chandley, Curtis Harlow, Derrick Anderson and Bobby Massey.

The family wishes to extend their gratitude and appreciation to Amedisys Hospice for their care during this difficult time.
