Mary Ann Rhodes Murr

She did general factory work until her retirement from MECO in 2002. She was Baptist by faith.

She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law: Pamela and John Roach of Earlville, IL; one son: Kevin Murr of the home; 2 grandchildren: Stacy O’Dell of IL and Stephanie (John) Philip of Earlville, IL; 5 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; one brother and sister- in- law: Harrison (Sandra) Rhodes, Jr. of Saluda, NC; numerous nieces and nephews; and furbaby: Miss Holly

She was the daughter of the late Harrison Reece Rhodes and Noda Pace Rhodes and was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmie L. Murr; a son, Richard L. Murr and several brothers and sisters.

The family will receive friends from 12 noon until 2:00 pm on Saturday preceding the funeral service which will be held at 2 pm Saturday in the Kiser-Rose Hill Chapel. The Rev. Ross Helton will officiate.

Interment will follow in Pilot Knob Cemetery. Pallbearers will be courtesy of the funeral home.
