Mary Cook Malone

Mary attended Greeneville First Church of the Nazarene as long as her health permitted.

She is survived by the father of her children, Bobby Cook; one son and daughter-in-law, Ricky and Ginger Cook of Greeneville; three daughters and sons-in-law, Amanda and Randy Osborne of Bulls Gap, Angel and Wes Underwood of North Carolina, and Lisa and Karl Baxter of Virginia; grandchildren, Daisy Cook, Luke Cook, Katelan (Logan) Nichols, Kylee Fernandez, Kendra Osborne, Danny (Chelsee) Martin, Tori Underwood, and Lindsay Baxter; great grandchildren, Nolyn Fernandez and Nova Martin; and several nieces and nephews; as well as special friends, Robin Shepherd and Judy Horton.

Mary was the daughter of the late Richard Williams and Kathy Powell. She is preceded in death by her husband, William Malone; a sister, Shirley Massey; a grandson, Lane Fernandez; and a nephew, Victor Cook.

The funeral will be at 1pm on Tuesday at Greeneville First Church of the Nazarene, officiated by Rev. Stephen Rutherford and Rev. Buster Shelton.

Interment will follow in the Osborne Family Cemetery in Bulls Gap.

Pallbearers are Ricky Cook, Luke Cook, Randy Osborne, Jacob Osborne, Jimmy “Goober” Shiflet, and Kevin Seaton.

Honorary Pallbearers are Timmy Shipley, Logan Nichols, and Junior Malone.

The family wishes to extend a special thanks to the Staff of Signature Health Care.

The family will receive friends at 2-4pm and 6-8pm on Monday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
