She was a 50 year member of Midway United Methodist Church where she attended as long as her health permitted.
She was a blessing to everyone she met and will be greatly missed by all. She was a very compassionate, loving, and caring person.
Survivors include a sister: Anna Cansler and husband, Bud, of Midway; one brother: Dan Coakley and wife, Frankie, of Kingsport; two aunts: Mary Belle Bible of Mosheim and Grace Hll of Tampa, Florida; two nieces: Debbie Lilly, Donna Barton and husband, Tony, all of Kingsport; three nephews: Chris Coakley and wife, Karina, of Blountville, Mike Cansler and wife, Lisa, Larry Cansler and wife, Becky, all of Midway; several great nieces and great nephews including a special great nephew, Dustin Cansler and wife, Jennifer; several great great nieces and great great nephews; and many loving cousins..
She was the daughter of the late Claude and Mona Coakley.
The family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 pm Wednesday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home
Following visitation, the funeral service will be held at 8 pm in the funeral home chapel with Chaplain David Snyder and Rev. Jerry Holt officiating.
Interment will be at 12 pm Thursday at Mosheim Central Cemetery. Family and friends are asked to meet at 11 am Thursday at the funeral home to go in procession to the cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Larry Cansler, Mike Cansler, Chris Coakley, Joshua Coakley, Jeremy Coakley, Jack Coakley, Dylan Barton, and Corey Lilly.
Honorary pallbearers are the staff of Amedisys Hospice and her special caregivers from Evergreen.
