She was a homemaker and a farmer.
Mrs. Davis was a member of St. James Lutheran Church.
Survivors include a daughter: Joyce Hensley; a son and daughter-in-law: Junior and Doris Davis; grandchildren and spouses: Kimberly and Josh Fox, Marcey and Gary Compton, Jennifer and Jeff Roderick, Jeanette and Ben Fillers, Tim and Amy Hensley, Mike and Susan Davis; great grandchildren: Trinity Hensley, Anna Fox, Tori and Brooke Davis, Collin, Noah and Addison Compton, Jordyn and Jase Roderick, Chandler, Cayden and Jaelynn Fillers; brother-in-law and sister-in-law: Lester and Josephine Davis; several nieces and nephews; and a special friend: Cecil Renner.
She was the daughter of the late P. W. and Daisey Peters and was preceded in death by her husband, Hobert Davis; granddaughter, Cindy Hensley; brothers, Grady and Walter Peters; sisters, Geneva, Grace and Lola Peters; son-in-law, Tommy Hensley; and a special sister-in-law, Zella Mae Reaves.
The family will receive friends 2-4 and 5-7 pm Saturday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
Following visitation, the funeral service will be held at 7 pm in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Larry Moore officiating.
Interment will be at 2 pm Sunday in St. James Cemetery. Family and friends are asked to meet at 1 pm Sunday at the funeral home to go in procession to the cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Mike Davis, Tim Hensley, Ben Fillers, Jeff Roderick, Gary Compton, and Collin Compton.
