Jimmie Holt

He was of the Baptist faith and a construction worker and farmer.

He is survived by his wife of 56 years: Betty Holt; three sons and a daughter-in-law: Jeff and Fawn Holt of Greeneville, Charles “Bo” and Kim Holt of Dandridge and Brian and Danielle Holt of Bristol, TN; two daughters and sons-in-law: Pam and Elgin Gentry and Kelly and Tim Tarlton both of Greeneville; grandson: Zachary and wife Maisie Holt; granddaughter: Hannah Holt and Holly Ingle; great grandsons: Mason Holt and Chad Waites; great granddaughters: Mylah Holt and Khloe Waites; two sisters: Gayle Holt and Crystole Seaton; three aunts: Geraldine Fillers, Peggy Fillers and Betty Stockton; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and cousins, special friends and loved ones: Carson Parton, Andy Parton, Jimmy Fillers, Arlin and Margaret Shelton, Wayne Wright, Eugene and Tricia Rice, Dale and Helen Fillers, Gary and Kathy (Morrison) Simcox, Billy and Debra Shope, Roger and Myra Rich, Bill and Sandy Castle, Jim and Cindy Walters, Junior and Jean Guinn, Danny Williams, Martha Fillers, Conley and Ann Kerr, Delmar and Jannette West, Steve and Susie Alderson, W. T. and Andy Daniels, Bob Holt, John White, Gary and Edna Franklin, Don and Doris Jenkins, Carl and Sandy Ward, Russell Burgner, Lanny Smith and Richard Smith.

He was the son of the late Edgar and Mildred Holt and was preceded in death by a grandson: Tyler Lee Holt; two brothers: Edgar Holt, Jr. and Michael Holt and one sister: Joyce Bowers.

The family will receive friends from 2-6 pm Friday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home with the service following at 6:00 pm in the chapel. Rev. Finley Cutshaw, Rev. Tracy Jones and Bill Castle will officiate. Interment will be 11:00 am Saturday at GreeneLawn Memory Gardens. Family and friends will meet Saturday at 10:15 am at the funeral home to go in procession to the cemetery.

Pallbearers will be: David Fillers, Rick Fillers, Doug Fillers, Brandon Jones, Jeff Kelley, Scott Fawbush, Cody Coleman, and Matt Swann.

Honorary pallbearers will be: Craig Fillers, Johnny Shipley, Carroll Collins, Lyman Seaton, Frankie Seaton, Josh Marion, Ryan Watson and Bryan Watson.

Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
