He retired from Lowe's.
Mr. Fann was of the Baptist faith.
He loved gardening and building things. He was a very generous man who would help anyone who needed him. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, person, and friend. To us, he was a very special man.
Survivors include his wife of 48 years: Sandra Fann; son and daughter-in-law: Charles Edward and Teresa Fann; daughter and son-in-law: Lisa and Argil Holbert of Windsor, Ohio; special grandson: Cody Allen Fann; grandson: Robert Reed; granddaughter: Amber Montgomery; and great grandson: Aiden Montgomery.
The family will receive friends from 2pm-4pm and 6pm-8pm Friday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am Saturday at GreeneLawn Memory Gardens with Rev. Dean Brewster officiating. Family and friends are asked to meet at the funeral home to g in procession to the cemetery.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
The family wishes to extend a special note of thanks to the staff of Caris Hospice (who treated him with love), Dr. Montgomery and staff, and Dr. Harris and staff.
