Mrs. Fillers retired from Greene Valley Developmental Center.
She was a member of Kingsley Avenue Free Will Baptist Church.
She will be sadly missed by her family and friends. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.
Survivors include her husband: P.C. Fillers; a son and daughter-in-law: Jamey and Tammy Fillers of Mosheim; a daughter and son-in-law: Debbie and Mark Overacker of Chuckey; grandsons: Dakota Fillers and Niles Clendenon; great grandchildren: Madison Adkinson, Benjamin Clendenon, and Preslee Clendenon; sisters-in-law: Ann Brooks, Jeanette Fellers, Sally Cannon, and Barbara Babb; brother-in-law: Keith Chandler; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Lon and Mary Emma Cannon; six brothers: Dennis Cannon, Delanis Cannon, Fay Cannon, Glen Cannon, M.J. Cannon, Billy Cannon; one sister: Jennie Chandler; and one grandson: Todd P Clendenon; and a special niece: Janie Newton.
The family will receive friends 5-7 p.m. Monday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Doyle Pruitt officiating.
Interment will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday in GreeneLawn Memory Gardens. Family and friends are asked to meet at the funeral home at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday to go in procession to the cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Brian Cannon, Chad Cannon, Niki Cannon, Kim Cannon, Gary Spears, Niles Clendenon, and Dakota Fillers.
