

She was a retired nurse at Mission St. Joseph Hospital in Asheville.
Ms. McLean was a member of Sand Hill Baptist Church in Asheville.
Survivors include one son: Paul Plemmons of Greeneville; son-in-law: Jim Sexton of Greeneville; five grandchildren: Chris Sexton, Rebecca Glavanits, Stephine Landers, and Donnie Livingston, all of Greeneville, Leslie Day of Knoxville, and Johnathan Williams of Ft. Carson, Colorado; nine great grandchildren; two sisters and a brother-in-law: Peggy and David Sexton of Greeneville and Evelyn Collins of Clinton, Tennessee; two brothers: Roy Shetley of Newport and Clifford Shetley of Marshall, North Carolina; four sisters-in-law: Ann Shetley of Weaverville, North Carolina, Bessie Shetley of Newport, and Edith Cutshaw and Olene Williams of Asheville; several nieces and nephews; and a very special friend: Rebecca Plemmons of Greeneville.
She was the daughter of the late Burnett and Algie Shetley of Marshall, North Carolina, and was preceded in death by two husbands: Paul Plemmons Sr. and John Cecil Williams; a son: Johnny Williams; a daughter: Barbara Jean Sexton; and four brothers: Plato, Walter, Jennings Bryan, and Charlie Hugh Shetley.
The family will receive friends 5-8 p.m. Tuesday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
The funeral service will follow visitation at 8:00 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Bryan Shetley, Rev. Johnny Bo Ragon and Rev. Doyle Pruett officiating.
Interment will be at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday in Pisgah View Memorial Park, 1529 Smokey Park Highway, Candler, North Carolina 28715. Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery for the committal service.
Pallbearers will be Ricky Shetley, David Shetley, Ricky Shipley, Robbie Shipley, Jim Sexton, and Chris Sexton.
Honorary pallbearers are Dr. Joseph Scott, J.W. Ragon, and David Hensley.
