He was the owner of Solomon Studio in Franklin and Greeneville for 16 years. He had a passion for photography.
He was of the Lutheran faith.
The family stated, “The joys of his life were his children, Katey and Garrett”.
Survivors include his children: Katelyn Solomon and Garrett Solomon, both of Murfreesboro; parents: Freddie and Kathleen Solomon of Greeneville; aunts and uncles: Matilda and Gene Myers, Neddia Bolton, Billy and Lessie Winter; and cousins: Ricky Sane, Jimmy and Jamie Winter, Tommy and Whitney Winter, Brad and Tina Myers, all of Greeneville, Jeff Myers of Cary, North Carolina, and Cindy Neas of Loudon, Tennessee.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Worley and Polly Solomon, his maternal grandparents, Bill and Cecil Winter; and a cousin, Randy Myers.
The family will receive friends 5-7 pm Thursday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
Following visitation, the funeral service will be held at 7 pm in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Sterling Nelson and Pastor Larry Moore officiating.
Interment will be at 10 am Friday at St. James Cemetery.
