She is survived by one daughter Keirstin Smith; one son, Kingstin Smith; father, Lloyd Smith; brother, Brian Smith; grandmother, Bessie Derrick; one nephew, Trenton Smith; three aunts and uncle, Gayle Harrell (Kevin) Tammy Trent, and Janice Hunt (Joe); two uncles and aunt, Billy Davis (Becky) David Baldwin of Virginia; special cousins, Kynzee White, Lakelynn Harrell, Kelti Harrell, Kyley Buell, Trinity Davis, Amber Wallen, Britteny Frazier, Richard Smith, Josh Walton, Tasha Walton, and James Neuman.

Felicia was preceded in death by her mother, Shelia Smith; and grandparents, Betty Smith, James and Mary Smith and James Trent.

The family will receive friends on Sunday from 5 – 7 pm at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 7 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.

Interment will be on Monday at 11 am in Zion Cemetery Baileyton. Family and friends are asked to meet at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home at 10 to go in procession to the cemetery.

Pallbearers are family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to defray funeral expenses.
