Dorothy "Jack" Hunt

She was a retired LPN.

She was a lifelong member of People’s Tabernacle.

Survivors include two sons and a daughter-in-law: Shelton Hunt and Chris and Joanne Robinson; grandchildren: Janey Marie Hunt, Shelton Eugene Hunt Jr., Stephanie Jean Hunt, Alex Robert Hunt, Christopher A. Robinson, Joseph N. Robinson, Sarah Ann Smith; ten great grandchildren; sister: Pauline Solomon; brother-in-law: Kenneth Bowers; a nephew: Tom Hill; sisters-in-law: Berta Vee Shelton and Emma Dean Shelton; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years: George Hunt; her parents: Robert and Lily Shelton; two brothers: David Shelton and Leonard "Moose" Shelton; and two sisters: Juanita Grissom and Flossie Bowers.

The family will receive friends from 6pm-8pm Tuesday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.

Following visitation,the funeral service will be held at 8pm in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Amos Penley officiating.

Interment will be at 10 am Wednesday at GreeneLawn Memory Gardens. Family and friends are asked to meet at 9:30am Wednesday at the funeral home to go in procession to the cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Kenneth Robinson, Greg Robinson, Joseph Robinson, Christopher A. Robinson, Bodie Bible, and Daniel Robinson.
