Doak Clifton Bowman

He attended First Church of God as long as his health permitted.

Mr. Bowman was a retired land surveyor. He was the county surveyor in Greene County for over 40 years.

Survivors include his son, Tony Bowman, and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife: Mildred Bowman; parents: August and Stella Bowman; two brothers: Denzil Bowman and Marvin Bowman; and one sister: Marilla Woolsey.

The family will receive friends from 6pm-8pm Monday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.

Following visitation, the funeral service will be held at 8:00 pm in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Darrell Sovine officiating.

Interment will be at 10:00 am Tuesday in GreeneLawn Memory Gardens. Family and friends are asked to meet at 9:45 am Tuesday at the cemetery for the graveside service.

Pallbearers will be Daniel Hopson, Jeff Wilder, Tom Chandler, Daniel Coffey, Bill Onkst, Aaron Ottinger, Todd Shelton, and Ron Smith.
