Daniel "Webster" Dean Broyles

He was a farmer and had worked for Central Warehouse for forty years.

Mr. Broyles was a member of Cedar Grove United Methodist Church where he sang in the church choir.

Survivors include his wife: Sadie Broyles; a daughter and son-in-law: Nell and Gary Jones of Jonesborough; three grandchildren and spouses: Traci Sinks, Travis and Laura Jones of Jonesborough, Daniel Jones of Maryville, TN;

three great grandchildren: John Thomas Sinks, Kolby Edward Jones and Kylee Jones; two sisters: Bobbie Brown of Chuckey and Lena Morrison of Limestone; several nieces and nephews; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Ann Snapp of Orlando, FL; Bonnie Lamb, Lebert and Frances Waddle, Rex Waddle, Linda Waddle and Zella Waddle of Chuckey; Emma Holt of Marion, IN; Blanche Locke of Greeneville; Juanita Burgner of Chuckey; and a special friend: Frank Susong.

He was the son of the late Leroy and Tisha Jones Broyles and was preceded in death by brothers-in-law: Frank Waddle, Sam Waddle, Bruce Waddle, Lawrence Reaves, George Brown, Floyd Lamb and Horace Morrison and a sister: Mary Reaves.

The funeral service will be at 7:00 pm Sunday, Feb. 6, 2011, in the Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Chapel. Rev. Walter Isley and Rev. Lynn Neas will officiate. Interment will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday at Cedar Grove Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Frank Susong, Robert Helbert, Ronnie Love, John McInturff, Chris Wilhoit, Jimmie Scheffler, Butch Shaw, Sammy Southerland, Dean Brown, Ronnie Lamb, and Lanny Love.

Honorary pallbearers will be Lee Southerland, Joe Brown, Quentin Snapp, R.S. Greer, Leroy Williamson, Wilford Hensley, Bill Holt, Tim Waddle, Dale Bunce, Eddie Southerland, Steve Broyles, Joe Jennings, Leslie Morrison, Bert Daniel Morrison, and his friends at Life Care Center of Greeneville.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 pm Sunday preceding the service, at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home. It is requested that family and friends meet at the funeral home at 10:00 a.m. Monday to go in procession to the cemetery for the committal service.
