Carolyn Ann Wilburn

She was a homemaker.

Mrs. Wilburn was a member of Jacksons Chapel Free Will Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband: Roger Wilburn; two sons: James Johnston and Wesley Dewitt; two grandsons: Colby Johnston and Jimmy Johnston; two sisters and brothers-in-law: Diane and Mike Reed, Jamie and Chris Wilburn; one brother: Robert Carter; stepfather: Jerry Dalton; grandmother: Maude Carter; a special aunt: Vickie Gregg; aunts and uncles: Rankin and Barbara Gregg, John and Diane Gregg, Nancy and Ron Goodstein, Teresa and Billy Valentine, George and Brenda Gregg, Mike Gregg, Sam Gregg, Dave Gregg, Linda Gregg, Gil Haun, Charles and Virginia Carter, Richard and Tracy Carter, Lemuel Carter, Alma and Jimmy Carter, Linda and Don Choate and Barbara Carter; nieces and nephews: Gretchen Ottinger, Cody Wilburn, Whitney Crum, Nathaniel Crum, Taylor Foshie, Matthew Simerly; brothers-in-law and sister-in-law: Billy and Linda Wilburn, Mark Cansler; a great aunt: Mary Ann Gregg; special friends: Tyler Norton, Dominic Rojas, Nancy Barboza, Danny Waddell, Hal and Teresa Sisk, Chasity Cox and Debbie Wilburn.

She was the daughter of the late James and Shirley Carter and was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Sheyenne Lashea Johnston; sister, Brenda Crum Gosnell; grandparents, Frances and Tulin Holt Gregg, Robert “Bob” Carter; uncles, Bill and Fred Gregg, Bobby and Billy Carter; aunts, Betty Gregg Valentine and Martha Carter; father-in-law, Billy Wilburn; sister-in-

law, JoAnn Wilburn; brother-in-law, Freddie Wilburn.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, August 20, 2012, at Jacksons Chapel FWB Church.

Rev. Tony Darnell, Rev. David Wheeler and Rev. Roger Dalton will officiate. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Pallbearers will be George Allen Gregg, Keith Gregg, Anthony Gregg, Sammy Valentine, Billy Valentine, Roger Key.

Honorary pallbearers will be Cody Wilburn and Shawn Gregg.

The family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
