She was retired from Philips Consumer Electronics and Plus Mark; and was a member of Greene Ridge Baptist Church.
Brenda is survived by a sister, Marcia and Dwain Laws; two brothers, Terry Hampton and Charles Reaves; a niece, Tina and Heather Newton; nephew, Daniel and Dakota Davis; great niece, Abby Newton and Jayden Thomet; great nephew, Kyen Newton; brother-in-law, James Davis; uncle, James Laws; and several cousins.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Reaves; a sister, Cathy Davis; and several aunts and uncles.
The family will receive friends 5:00-7:00 pm Wednesday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 7:00 pm in the funeral home chapel. Rev. Lowell Bowens will officiate.
Interment will be conducted at 11:00 am Thursday at Union Chapel Cemetery.
