Bobbie Geraldine Gibson

She was formerly employed by Magnavox and was a farmer. She attended Community Fellowship Church.

Her family and friends state that she was a good wife, mother, grandmother and a hard worker.

She is survived by two sons: Marcus (Vicky) Carter, Terry (Nicky) Gibson; foster son, Michael Sayers; grandchildren: Shirley Black, Misty Lee, Rebecca Bradley, Cindy Klepper, Derek Gibson, Michelle Barlow, JonAlan Barlow, Cody Sayers, Maddie Sayers; great grandchildren: Brodie Gibson, Kolbie Gibson; a sister, Edith Harris; the staff and her friends at Signature Healthcare.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dean Gibson; her parents: Les and Stella Trantham and eight siblings.

The family will receive friends 1:00 – 3:00 pm and 5:00 – 7:00 pm on Tuesday. The funeral service will be held at 7:00 pm in the funeral home chapel following the visitation. The Rev. Hubert Metcalf will officiate.

Interment will be conducted on Wednesday at 2:00 pm at Hardin’s Chapel Cemetery. Family and friends are asked to meet at the funeral home at 1:00 pm to go in procession to the cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Derek Gibson, Brodie Gibson, Kolbie Gibson, JonAlan Barlow, Michael Sayers and Cody Sayers.
