She received a Bachelor’s Degree from ETSU in Criminal Justice and served as a court advocate for CASA.
Annette is survived by a daughter: Terria Murr; two sons: Jordon and Cody Fillers of the home; one grandchild: Alexis Willett; mother and stepfather: Nell and Charles Ramsey of Midway; father and stepmother: Johnny D. Foshie Sr., and Diane Foshie of Greeneville; brother: Dale Foshie; sister: Adreana Foshie-Parker; mother-in-law and father-in-law: Clifford and Carol Sue Fillers; and a special friend: Cathy Collins of Blackwater, Virginia.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Stacey Fillers.
The family will receive friends at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday preceding the funeral service at 8:00 p.m. in Kiser-Rose Hill Chapel. Rev. Hubert Metcalf and Rev. D. L. Cutshaww will officiate.
Interment will follow at 1:00 p.m. Saturday at New Bethel Cemetery. It is requested that family and friends meet at the funeral home at 12:30 p.m. Saturday to go in procession to the cemetery for the committal services.
Her pallbearers are David Snipes, Hank Gardner, Randy Bledsoe, Jerry Foshie, Grant Loftis, Rodney Smith, and Billy Weeks.
Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help defray funeral expenses.
