Ruth was born in Indianapolis on December 22, 1956, the daughter of Wayne and Evelyn (Capps) Kerner.
Mrs. Morris enjoyed working and crocheting, but above all she loved being around family and friends.
Survivors include her two children, Kenny Gulley, (wife-Belinda), Grand Rapids, Michigan, and Ninja Clark, Greencastle; two sisters, Peggy Burton, (husband-Von), Indianapolis, and Mary Jane Kerner, Indianapolis; a brother, Edward Kerner, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, David Gulley; and her fiancé, Timothy McGinnis.
At her request there will be no visitation or services.
