Peggy was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on October 31, 1942, the daughter of Jesse Earl and Mary Frances (Wood) Savage, and was a 1960 graduate of Ben Davis High School in Indianapolis. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering in 1963 from Purdue University.
Mrs. Fogle worked for Indiana Bell Telephone Company for 6 years, was Hendricks County Treasurer for 7 years, worked for McGillam Engineering Company Inc. for 2 years, and was a realtor for Coldwell Banker, Putnam County Real Estate Center for 3 years. She was also an Alumni of Pi Beta Phi Sorority.
Survivors include her son, Erik Foster, (Colleen) Chicago, Illinois; a grandson, Luke Foster, Chicago, Illinois; five step-children, Joseph D. “Jay” Fogle II, (Tina), Gayla Guignard, (Brian), Jennifer Swearingen, (Gregg), Jana Sillery, (David), and Jill Bridgewater, (Brian). 10 step-grandchildren; and eight step-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Joseph D Fogle; and a sister Wanda Louise Savage.
Graveside services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 18, 2021, at Forest Hill Cemetery with Pastor Mark Strahm officiating.
