So sorry to hear of Sister Hall's passing. She was a lovely, sweet lady, who was always very kind and friendly to me. May God bring you all comfort, as only he can, during this sorrowful time. Love and prayers... 

So many wonderful memories of this beautiful lady! Some of going out on visitation with her...and some of sitting and talking over problems together. We shared many prayer request back and forth. She also was such a giver! One time i asked her for some of her rose of Sharon plants...she gladly shared them but warned me, to be careful as they would take over my yard...which they did! She gave me much good advice, invited me to her newyrs parties...included me to help with the ibc church mailings...but mainly, she was my friend...always, always, always looking out for me...saving my seat at church...shouting the victory together with me...or crying with me when i was burdened. Oh! How special she really was and i for one will be glad to see my friend again when we all go home!

To some she was just the deaf interpreter, to some she was the lady that helped out with mailings at IBC, to others a prayer warrior but when you saw her come out in the isle or step away from the interpreters chair, you knew what was about the happen…the Nora Shuffle or Hall Shuffle…it just depends on who was talking about it. To me, she was my aunt, my rock I could lean on when I didn’t understand, and she help keep me grounded in the truth. As a teenager, Aunt Norie and Uncle Larry would drive every Sunday morning to pick me up for Sunday School, grab a quick lunch then head off to the nursing home so my uncle could teach. Countless Wednesday or Thursday nights for midweek service, they already planned on picking me up before I picked up the phone. She taught me so many lessons in life, without even speaking a word. She taught me to hold on to God through the hardest trails that life would throw at me, Aunt Norie I’m still holding on and I don’t plan on letting go!! During one of the hardest times in my life, at a ladies conference, she came and prayed with me at the altar not evening knowing everything that happened and spoke these words, “Spring, you must give this to God! You might feel like a failure but you haven’t failed. God knows exactly where you are and he’s ready to meet you there.” Little did she know I had just told God I’m sorry I had failed at this or that. I remember sitting on the pew after that same service crying my eyes out as she held my hand reassuring me God hears my prayers and is collecting every tear. We didn’t always get to spend time together and when they moved, I felt robbed BUT God needed them to back in their home church. They made an impact every where they went!!

Aunt Norie, you have ran the race and finished your course!! You are able to breathe easy again!! Thank you for leading the way for your family!! I love you more than you’ll ever know!!

I spent a lot of time with the Hall family growing up. Her smile, laughter, cooking for all of us.  She loved God and her family. I know she is in heaven. May God comfort the family. 🙏🙏🤗

My ministry in the beginning was because of this lady. I had no idea what I was doing with ASL. She always encouraged me to learn and never give up trying. Thank you Sis. Hall for believing in me and taking a chance with me!
