Iris J Presley

Born June 29, 1950 in Muncie, she was the daughter of Jess Thomas and Edna Opal (Tackett) Hiles. She was a graduate of John Marshall High School.

Iris was a homemaker. She was a prayer warrior for God and loved telling everyone about Jesus.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Kenneth R. Presley; and brothers, Russel F. and Jewel Thomas Hiles.

Iris is survived by her daughter, Jessica (Joshua) Smith; sister, Saundra K. (Douglas) Smith; brother, Donald (Paulada) Hiles; grandchildren, Mackenzie (Lewis Minton Jr) Smith and Mataya Smith; great grandchild Lucas Minton; and many nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 2, 2021, at Hopkins-Rector Funeral Home with Donnie Gay officiating. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. until time of service on Tuesday.
