Geraldine Christine Goss

Born August 16, 1928 in Hendricks County, IN, she was the daughter of Samuel Roy and Elizabeth (Jarnigan) Wood and was a graduate of Bainbridge High School “Class of 1946”.

Geraldine was a farm wife and homemaker. She loved being with family, especially her grandchildren. She loved to paint, draw, garden, and grew beautiful flowerbeds.

She was a member of the Fillmore United Methodist Church and the Stitch and Chatter Club.

Geraldine is survived by her daughters, Mary Jane Glaze & husband, John and Patricia Ann Miller & husband, Robert Jr.; her sister, Emma Jean Wood; grandsons, John Glaze Jr & friend, Lisa and Dan Glaze & wife, Angie; great grandchildren, Jacob Wright, Macey Shuee & husband, Zach, Hailey Buskirk & husband, Nick, and Damon Glaze & wife, Brittany; Samuel, Manny, and Seth Glaze and nine great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Raymond Goss; sister, Marie Knudson; and brothers, Albert, Odell, and Norman Wood.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at the Hopkins-Rector Funeral Home. Interment will follow at the Stilesville Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 12 noon until time of service on Wednesday at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made in Geraldine’s memory to the Fillmore United Methodist Church.
