Georgia was born in Greencastle on December 17, 1927, the daughter of Russell and Mary (Alexander) Beams, and was a graduate of Bainbridge High School.
Mrs. Craig worked for many years in assembly at Mallory’s.
Survivors include three children, Michael Rogers, Keith Rogers, (Terri), and Nancy Rogers, (Millard Gene Gross); a sister, Patty Turner, (Ron); a special niece, Shirley Mendenhall; nine grandchildren; twenty-two great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Noble Glenn Rogers and Donald Craig; two children, Larry and Loretta Rogers; and eight brothers and sisters.
Services will be held 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 6, 2021, at Hopkins-Rector Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Forest Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to time of service on Tuesday.
