Born February 9, 1929 in Bellmore the son of Jesse O. and Era Margaret (Cunningham) Martin.
Everett was a farmer for several years and raising hogs, cattle and horses. He loved playing softball, horseshoes, and basketball.
He served in the United States Army from 1955 thru 1957.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister Betty Jean Snodgrass; brothers Henry Lee Martin and Otis Max Martin.
Everett is survived by his wife of 66 years Jackie (Cofer) Martin, they married on November 11, 1957 and his sister Elsie Padgett.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Thursday, August 22, 2024 at the Bittles and Hurt Funeral Home on Thursday, August 22, 2024. Graveside services will follow at the Little Walnut Cemetery.
