Vivian 'Vicky' Gray

Vicky was born in Philipsburg, Kansas on August 29, 1938 to William and Neva Morgan. She was proud to say she was delivered by the only doctor in town, Dr. Mary.

Her family moved to Greeley, Colorado in 1953 where she later met her husband, Lewis Gray. They married in 1955. In 1963, together they moved to Loveland with their 3 boys in tow to run Morgan’s Smorgasboard for her parents. Vicky briefly worked for HP before beginning her adventures in self-employment: she began by running a local craft shop following with in-home daycare, selling Happy Thoughts products, owning Sweetheart Gifts and Treasures and finally, The Bee Hive. After retirement, Vicki and Lewis enjoyed their home and back yard pond together and sitting outside on their front porch.

Vicky enjoyed many hobbies throughout her life; one of her passions was to create crafts and to sell them at local craft stores. She LOVED garage sales and to spend time with her family. She was a devoted Denver Nuggets fan and she would often be found yelling, “You betcha” at the television, especially when they would score.

Vicky is survived by her 5 children: Randy, Rod, Ricky, Ronda (Greg) Belden, and Rashell (Dave), 17 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and her siblings: Howard Morgan and Orpha (Orval) Kendall. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews: Danny Kendall, Delbert Kendall, Sheila Coleman, Barb Haywood, Pat Williams, Pam Williams, Russ Morgan, Brad Morgan, Clifford (Bud) Adams, Barb Gray and Harvey Gray. She is preceded in death by her husband, Lewis; grandson, Mitchell; her parents, William and Neva Morgan and her siblings: Merville Morgan, Leola Bohl, Eulalie Williams and Ronnie Morgan.

The funeral service will be held at 10:00 A.M on Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at Allnutt Funeral Home, 2100 N. Lincoln Ave., Loveland. Interment at Loveland Burial Park. Reception will follow at Allnutt Funeral Home.
