

Vicky attended Moffat County High and graduated in 1967. After high school, Vicky attended Colorado University in Boulder and graduated in 1969. She went on to be a Beautician for 20 years, then a School Bus Driver and ultimately becoming a Case Enforcement Officer. Vicky wanted to work anywhere that would allow her to work directly with people. Besides her love for her fellow man, Vicky helped to fight for animal rights. Vicky had 10 horses, 11 cats and 7 dogs. She worked with the non-profit Furry Friends to make a difference. Vicky was loved all of God’s creations. She was a devout Christian woman, often called a true servant of the lord by those closest to her. She loved to read the bible, horseback ride and teach others to ride as well. Above all Vicky was a loving and caring mother to her husband, Jeff Pfennig and two sons, Bob and Paul Tucker.
Vicky is survived by her husband, Jeff Pfennig, sons, Bob Tucker, Paul Tucker, sister, Pat Gibson, grandchildren, Brett, Jacob, Avery, Sam Tucker, niece, Christina Gibson and nephew, Mark Gibson.
Vicky is preceded in death by her parents Paul and Beatrice Whitaker.
