He was born on October 26, 1931 in Rochester, New York to Raymond and Edythe (Held) Hall.
Truman was a 1951 graduate of Edison Tech. He served in the US Army from 1952 -1954 during the Korean Conflict.
In 1958, he joined the Churchville Masonic Lodge # 667, becoming Master in 1966. He enjoyed 50 + years of membership, which included the Greeley Colorado Lodge.
He was a 40-year resident of Churchville, New York, before transferring to Greeley, Colorado in 1971 with Eastman Kodak, retiring in 1984 after 33 years of service.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and camping. He and his wife went on many scenic cruises after retirement.
He is predeceased by his parents, and stepson Frank Moore.
Survivors include his loving wife of 48 years, Georgia Hall, sons Bill (Sue) Hall and Mark (Robin) Hall. Stepdaughter, Juanita Moore, 6 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, & 2 great-great grandchildren.
Also surviving are a sister, Martha Loomis, 1 half-brother & 1 half-sister, sister-in-law, Sally (Rod) Whitney, nieces, nephews and dear friends.

A celebration of Truman's life will be held on Saturday, July 12, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at Stoddard Funeral Home; 3205 W. 28th Street; Greeley, CO 80634.
