Thomas F. Mondragon, 79, of Greeley, Colorado passed away Saturday, August 28, 2021 at UC Health Greeley Hospital. He was born September 1, 1941 in Greeley to John and Adelaide "Ida" (Arguello) Mondragon.
Thomas was a beloved husband, father, grandfather and brother. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army. and a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church. He worked as a Drywall finisher for 40 years.
Thomas was an avid Colorado Rockies and Denver Broncos fan. He loved to play golf.
Thomas is survived by his children, Ann (Billy) Quick, Birdie (Chuck) Newman and Valerie Martinez; grandchildren, Donald (Marcus) Quick, Zakary (Jade) Quick, Travis Brighi and Thomas (Dayna) Newman; great-grandchildren, Ramona, Mary Anna, Jacob, Nikolas, Sophia, Shelby and Jaxon and a brother, John (Nancy) Mondragon.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Jacqueline Mondragon, children, Thomas and Maryann, parents, sister, Bertha Freed and brothers, Joe, Robert and Steve.
Recitation of the Rosary will be at 9:00 a.m. Friday, September 3, 2021 followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. both at St. Peter's Catholic Church, 915 12th Street, Greeley. Inurnment will be at Fort Logan National Cemetery in Denver at a later date.
