Susan Kay Warner, age 78, of Fort Collins, Colorado passed away on Sunday, September 24, 2023.
Visitation will be Friday, October 6, 2023 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m., followed by a funeral service at 1:00 p.m., both at Stoddard Funeral Home, 3205 W. 28th Street, Greeley, Colorado 80634. Susan will be laid to rest at Sunset Memorial Gardens, 3400 W, 28th Street, Greeley, Colorado 80634.
