Ronald came to Colorado for a visit in 1998 and loved Colorado so much he moved there. He went to work for the Town of Hudson in Waste Water Treatment, where he monitored the control and chemicals, and later retired from there.
Ronald taught himself to play the guitar and excelled at it. He loved to cook, ride his motorcycle and listen to classic rock, especially Neil Young. He also loved dogs and old cars.
Ronald is survived by his daughter, Brandy (Chris) Graft; his former wife, Allison, whom he was married to for 36 years; grandchildren, Christian (Samantha) Savage; Brittany (Dustin) Wroblewski; Jaden Savage (Myia Lara); great-granddaughter, Claire Savage; and sister, Kim Hough.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two sons, Ronald Michael Hough III and Michael Ronald Hough.
A Celebration of Life will be held from 12:00-3:00 p.m. Saturday, August 5, 2023 at the Hudson Memorial Park in Hudson, Colorado. Please honor Ron with your attendance; bring a comfy chair, your favorite drink and a covered dish.
