Rhonda Lea Guy, daughter of Floyd and Florence (Hergesheimer) Camp, was born April 15, 1954, in Burlington, Colorado, and departed this life March 12, 2024, in Greeley, Colorado at the age of 69 years 10 months and 27 days.
Rhonda grew up on the family farm north of Vona and attended Vona School until the school consolidated with Seibert, graduating from Hi-Plains with the class of 1973.
On August 4, 1973, she married Grant David Guy. On August 4, 2023, Grant and Rhonda celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. No children were born to this union but their nieces and nephews were very special to them. Rhonda always made sure they always had everything they needed and more. Rhonda did everything she could to take care of everyone from family and friends to the homeless.
Rhonda loved her flower gardens and feeding the birds and squirrels that came into her yard. Rhonda and Grant started making bird houses for family and friends and would make them for anyone who ask for one.
Rhonda was preceded in death by her parents, Floyd and Florence Camp, David and Alvina Guy, brother-in-laws, Lonnie Moran and Gary Osborn and nephew Cory Osborn.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Grant Guy, four sisters, Vicky Moran, Betty and husband Rick Osborn, Bonnie Camp and Jimmie Knapp, and Rosie Camp, one brother, Kenny Camp, Jerry and June Guy and Linda and Tom Rau, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
