The family of Patricia Elizabeth Bowles sorrowfully announces her death, on January 22nd of 2021. After a long and debilitating battle with extreme chronic pain, Patti left this earth too soon at the age of 65.
She was born in Texas in 1955, then lived in Denver, Colorado up until her senior year of high school; then she moved with her family to Greeley, CO in 1973, and while in school at Greeley Central she met her future sister-in-law Debbie and future husband Robert. After three years of being together they were married in September of 1976 and for many years Patti and Robert were not sure if they could even have children, but miraculously in 1984 and 1988 they had two beautiful children, Tim and Chelsea.
Patti spent most of her long working life with Professional Finance Company of Greeley, beginning as sales rep. and ultimately becoming Director of sales and marketing.
She, above everything else, loved her family; but also, animals, music, and nature, and going to the ocean. She always enjoyed Christmas, decorating the house, dancing, and spending time with her family. She was described by many as a “force of nature”, “the life of the party”, and to a few people the “best mom in the world”.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Peter Sr., and Cecile Brennan of Grand Junction. She is survived by her husband Robert, her two children Tim and Chelsea of Fort Collins, her sisters Jaqueline Brennan of Lyons, Co. and Maureen Huskey of Pasadena, Cali., her brother Peter Brennan of Cheyenne, Wy., and many nieces and nephews. Most importantly she was incredibly grateful to meet and hold her only grandson, Bennet Alexander Bowles, her son’s ‘first and only’ child which gave her great joy and hope for the future of her family.
Her husband Robert will remember Patti as the sweetest, strongest, most intelligent, brave, and honest person he ever knew.
